OpportunitiesWe grow seasonal vegetables and specialty cut flowers in Paulden, Arizona. We sell wholesale to restaurants, chefs, grocery stores, food hubs, florists, designers, and floral wholesalers throughout Prescott, Phoenix, Flagstaff, and the Verde Valley.
Whether you’re stocking a restaurant kitchen, supplementing your CSA, looking for fresh local produce for your food business, sourcing flowers for events, or adding fresh flower sales to your local shop, we aim to make buying directly from our farm as simple and accessible as possible.
Our offerings shift with the seasons and availability changes weekly; one of the beautiful realities of working with local agriculture. We encourage buyers to check inventory often and reach out if you’re looking for something specific.

Wholesale Vegetables
Restaurants, retailers, and wholesale buyers can purchase vegetables and flowers directly through our wholesale shop on the Barn2Door platform. The shop is live year-round and can also be accessed through the “Shop” link on our website.

Create an account
Select “Sign Up as a Wholesale Buyer”
Once your account is created, you’ll be able to view wholesale inventory and see delivery options.
The wholesale shop can be sorted by category using the left-hand menu, including categories like: greens, roots, seasonal vegetables, flowers.

If you have any issues navigating the shop or are looking for something not currently listed, feel free to reach out. Some items you see at the farmers market may not appear online due to limited inventory. Please leave a “note” when you check out with any extra requests and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Wholesale Flowers
We offer flowers for wholesale buyers, florists and designers through the Rooted Farmers platform.
Creating an account takes about five minutes. It’s helpful to have your resale tax certificate available during signup, if applicable.
Applications are typically approved the same day, though occasionally approval may take 1–2 days. When prompted with “How did you hear about Rooted Farmers?” feel free to mention Whipstone Farm in the answer box. This helps verify your application as a wholesale business rather than a retail customer.
There is:
no fee to join
no processing fees
no delivery fee for pickup at the farm or Arizona Flower Collective.
Delivery fees to your business vary depending on location.
You can shop Rooted Farmers up to one week in advance.

Arizona Flower Collective
The Arizona Flower Collective is a collaborative marketplace of flower growers from around the state created to make buying local flowers easier for wholesale buyers.
Preorder you flowers through the Rooted Farmers platform, pick up your order and shop additional floor availability Wednesdays | 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM | Baseline Flowers|3801 E. Baseline Rd. PHX
When placing an order through Rooted Farmers for Arizona Flower Collective pickup, make sure you are shopping from the Arizona Flower Collective page. You will still be able to see which farm each product is coming from. Rooted Farmers inventory is updated every Thursday by 4 PM, ordering closes Sunday at 10 PM All other pickup days: ordering closes two days prior to delivery or pick up.
